Prochutto & Peas Fettuccini
A quick and tasty dinner that is a favorite in my house, try it and you will see why!
Ingredients:
Directions:
- 1 lb Fettuccine
- Parmesan cream sauce
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 4 oz Prosciutto, diced
- Zest half of a lemon or 1/2 Tablespoon concentrated lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley or 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Cook Fettuccine according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
- Heat Parmesan cream sauce in a medium skillet on medium heat. Add peas and diced prosciutto and cook for 5 mins.
- Add pasta and reserved water, parsley, salt and pepper to taste, and lemon zest or juice.
- Toss to combine.
