Parmesan Cream Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
- Melt butter in a skillet on medium heat.
- Add flour, cook and stir with wire whisk for one minute.
- Add milk slowly and vigorously whisk until thick and smooth, about 2 mins.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan.
